- 125gr Blueberries
- 300 ml Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 lime
- 10 chopped mintleaves
- Put the blueberries together with the honey and juice of one lime in a saucepan and bring to boil.
- Let it simmer for a 5 minutes while stirring.
- Let it cool and mix it into a puree.
- Mix the berry puree together with the yoghurt and fresh chopped mint.
- Devide the mixture in popsicle molds or use desposable cups and freeze for at least 2,5 hours.
